Front Office Receptionist - Glendale
BHSkin Dermatology is currently seeking individuals for hire. Ability to travel is a MUST. You must have excellent computer skills as the practice is fully paperless. Please read the posting in its entirety before submitting your information.
This is a full-time position available for Glendale.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Five star customer service
- Answering phones and making appointments
- Filtering messages and faxes
Checking in patients - Scanning documents into our EMR (electronic medical record system)
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Confirming appointments
- Collecting money, managing a daily batch sheet
- Keeping up the appearance of the office
