# Conversations with Don Mehrabi – VoyageLA

We’re excited to share that [**VoyageLA**](https://voyagela.com/interview/conversations-with-don-mehrabi) recently featured an in-depth conversation with our founder, **Dr. Don Mehrabi**. In the interview, Dr. Mehrabi discusses his professional journey, the growth of our practice, and the values that guide BHSkin today.

### **A Journey of Dedication**

[VoyageLA](https://voyagela.com/interview/conversations-with-don-mehrabi) highlights Dr. Mehrabi’s unique path — from completing an accelerated six-year college and medical program in Ohio, to training at Emory/Grady Memorial Hospital and UT Southwestern/Parkland Memorial Hospital, and eventually moving to California in 2005. He later opened his own dermatology practice during the 2008 financial crisis, eventually expanding to offices in **Encino** and **Glendale**.

- A practice built largely through personal and family referrals

These values continue to define who we are and how we care for our community.
