Lauren Gebauer • MD, FAAD, FACMS
Dr. Gebauer is a Board-certified dermatologist with special subspecialty certification in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. After completing her undergraduate degree at Notre Dame, Dr. Gebauer attended the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where she graduated with honors and was named to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Society. Following medical school, Dr. Gebauer stayed at the University of Cincinnati to complete her general dermatology residency training. She was proud to be named Chief Resident during her final year. After graduating from the program, she completed a competitive ACMS-approved Mohs Micrographic Surgery fellowship under the tutelage of Dr. Hugh M. Gloster, Jr. This experience cemented her decision to focus on a career in Mohs surgery.
Since moving to California, she has successfully completed more than 5,000 Mohs surgery cases and complex reconstructions, with an outstanding track record and extremely satisfied patients. She enjoys helping people maintain a vibrant appearance and feel great about their skin. In addition to being board-certified in dermatology and fellowship-trained in dermatologic surgery, Dr. Gebauer was recently accepted to the highly prestigious American College of Mohs Surgery.
