The patient portal is a SECURE SERVICE used to enhance your experience at Don Mehrabi MD | BHSkin. It can be used to help facilitate non-emergent communication with the staff. This service should NEVER be used for urgent or emergent matters. For emergent matters, always call 911 or go to your local emergency room. Your user ID and password was given to you by the staff during your appointment. Please keep this information in a secure location for future use as we cannot give this information out over the phone. The patient portal allows you to update any demographic information (address, phone number, etc), request appointments, request refills, access labs or biopsy reports if released by your provider as well as many other services.
Our Patient Portal lets patients communicate with us and access important information over the Internet. We can send you reminders, statements, patient education materials, and lab results electronically.

The patient portal is one of our primary methods of alerting you to normal blood work or biopsies; therefore, please keep your email address updated within our system.
Please do not ask for specific medical advice through the patient portal as it will not be given.
Make sure to get your password from our front office staff at the time of your visit, or call us to reset your password and resend it to you.
